Part Time Office Manager
This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule to perform clerical and office-related tasks. Job duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Maintaining prospect and client folders
- Tracking accounts payable and receipts
- Tracking materials inventory
- Maintenance of sub-contractor folders, including gathering required documents and keeping current
- Track required licenses and other credential renewals and continuing education documentation
- Open, close, and organize job folders
- Administrative sales support functions such as appointment confirmations and scheduling
- Social media updates and postings
- Maintenance of email lists
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction/remodel industry or similar setting preferred, including managing material orders
- Strong data entry skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work independently and within established processes to proactively achieve goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience tracking cost , orders, and inventory to a job preferred
- Technically proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
